I thought that Itachi would pin Kisame down to immobilize him and ride him or something (you know, the usual thing that happens in injury fics) but I was totally blown away by this! And Pein's traumatization was a great touch! Love this! Its well written and has originality that I haven't seen in many recent fics! Nice work, thanks for sharing!
