Wow, lot of meat in that last chapter! Intense fight scene, where the Kwoon skills come to the fore for both Raleigh and Mako, and then the hospital, and finally the scene on the beach. I do like that you've continued to write Mako as a strong female character, as that's how she's portrayed in the show, and that Raleigh is waiting for her to make up her mind as to what she wants, rather than forcing it on him. (Although interestingly, in the novelization of the movie they actually kiss at the end instead of just touching foreheads, which suggests that must have been in the original script or was taken out in a later edit.)

Will be very interested in your next story, so I'll be keeping an eye out for it.

Hey, I'm normally very hesitant about fics where characters not shown as romantically involved in canon come together.

But you are doing it very nicely.

This was super sweet! That part where Raleigh nearly dies had me choking up a little bit. Mako is still badass, and it all was just so great. Very well done!

Certainly a very different chapter than I was expecting after the fluff last time! Was thinking initially that this would just be them at a ceremony, but where they ended up was DEFINITELY some action.
