Riya3 recommended this, and it's such a wonderful, light read. It's really original too, I've never seen anyone really consider the troubles of konoha's civilians in fanfiction. I have to say, that last section ('Fiction') was definitely the funniest.

Hehe that was fun. More! I agree. Those poor civilians having to endure all that. Oh well...at least something interesting happens everyday for them. Real life can be so boring. We need ninjas! (Yeah yeah I know there were ninjas that existed long ago in history but we need the Naruto series kind!)
