Overall this was a humerous chapter (hello? Deadpool makes everything awesome, right?). A good distraction from the impending doom of Ariel and every mutant out there.*thumbs up*

Heheh, I noticed you didn't metion Liam or Vance's abilities.
Also, in the sorta-beginning of the chapter, Mr. Trask says, "and I think we'll be able to bang one together." Is that some sort of more formal form of 'build one together' or is this an innuendo?
I like that you included Firestar/other dude (who I'm guessing is Deadpool's son?). My favorite person though, was the mention of Julian Keller. Little known fact: I totally ship X-23/Julian.
Nevermind that, though. It's 1:55 A.M. (super late) for me and I am tempted to read another chapter.

The ending was just harsh (not your writing lol)... It's scary how a person can go from light-hearted and funny, then suddenly become cold.

Anyways, I like your reference to me in the story. I have to admit though, I probably know as much fashion as you do.

So, this is the chapter you were talking about, eh? I think it fits Ariel perfectly! It's like when Jean's powers evolved. At first, she could only levitate small objects, but after, she could read minds and levitate much bigger objects.
As for the friendship between the four Acolytes, I think you have wrritten it in a nice way that makes the reader think, "They're close, but they don't act like it."
I think Ariel's going to have a pretty hard time at school, with her powers evolving and all. I mean, instead of having to worry about grades, she will have to have to worry about whether or not random pencils are going to walk around the class and poke people.

The idea of Sabretooth (or any Acolyte, really) giving Ariel school supplies just seems hilarious! Where do you get these ideas? *shakes fist* What is your SECRET?
I always think that it's hilarious when an author references themselves in a story. Breaking the third wall awesomeness.
In my experience, I can confirm that this (John and Remy being obnoxious at dinner) does end up happening, especially with (sort of) grown-up men. And yes, it is painful.
