Boo, I liked Ishida as Shiro's paper pusher. I'm excited to find out who is behind all the shenanigans ('cause Aizen had quite a few associates, I'm sure) and to see the boys in action... Both kinds are good. I also like the nod to your otp in there. Sneaky.

I think I read the whole thing "Dinner with the family" a million times now, I have to say this one and the prequel are my fav. In the orginal one with Aizen I can't name it but something is off with Ichigo, for me.
But this one, I love it so much the dilemma Shiro has about wanting to be fucked, and the way Grimmjow react and Ichigo true "I wont share" it always make my fangirl heart scream with joy, I would love to see more Grimmjow x Ichigo chemistry if is possible I get a feeling this one is more Shiro time . Maybe some jealousy?
Uryu dead was so sad, and heart breaking. But the way you wrote it, was so goood.

I really hope that you want to come back to this one, and if you do that you gonna have fun writing. I would love to read more, and hear more from the mafia boys.

It's nice to see another chapter of this! And though this wasn't exactly Shiro's best moment when interacting with Szayel it was still nice to see them together as there still isn't enough written about that pairing.
Besides that though, Ishida of all people had to die, man that is messed up. I imagine that Shiro'd be mourning over anyone he might lose but for it to be someone that wasn't even one of the people he'd had trained to handle front line business, that's gonna haunt him for a while.
Shiro hitting on Grimmjow was pretty funny and Grimmjow's subsequent lecture to Szayel was too. I wonder how exactly these incidents will change the relationship between Shiro and Szayel.
