So red is...? Don't quite get it. Is RED supposed to be the evil versions, or all the clones? Or some of the clones and some of the originals?
"Talks louder and is more friendly" doesn't really conform with "Red is more sadistic", which would be the focus if you were going with "RED is evil".

Oh, yes a look into the cloning. Bout time, in my opinion.
I was hesitant on mentioning this, but from a narrative point of view, your OC has... a bit of a slow reaction time...
How much was she deluding herself when Engy introduced everyone on the bus? No mention, no surprise... until she finds out that she's now working for BLU.
Then "You are going to die a lot", which she doesn't react to until this chapter.
I can understand that she knows that there's no backing out, or would be thinking something along the lines of "hopefully they're right, guess I'll be forced to find out soon" but you didn't really give any indication of that.
Likely someone's pointed out already, I'm far from the first person to read this thing, just showing you my stance on it.

I suggest that you don't add romance. Het, Yaoi, or Yuri. Pairings tend to get in the way of story.

And look, someone calling Pyro an it! I mean, Pyro wouldn't mind, and there's so many characters, calling Pyro "they" simply seems cumbersome.
