I liked the chapter!

I'm about half way trough this story on my phone and I couldn't leave any comments so I'll just start here - I love your depiction of Shepard in this, I think this story is perfect continuation of full paragon Shep in game. She is tired, ready to retire, suffers from full blown PTSD already in game, and is indoctrinated to an extent - there is no quick happy ending there. Love is basically the only thing that keeps her going, love can not fix her but it is her anchor.

Story wise - this is one of the best stories I have ever read, it could easily be published as a novel or worked into a game or movie script. It's gripping, intense and smart.

Your writing - impeccable as always, it's beautiful, almost poetic, it flows and it's easy to read.

You lady should write original stuff and make tons of money 'cause your stories are better than most bestsellers I've read.

I love this story! I had to start completely back at the beginning so I could enjoy the flow of the new chapters and I am so glad I did! Please keep up the creative flow and know you are doing a magnificent job writing!

This is honestly probably the best fanfic I've ever read. Better than a good deal of published novels.

First of all, you have an incredible command of language, grammar, and writing. Not only is your work mistake free (and thankfully thus not jarring) but it's beautiful, poetic even.

Your characters are incredible. Their thoughts and motivations, fears and hopes, it's all incredibly realized. The recurring motifs in the writing are well executed, and the balance between dialogue, thought, exposition, and action is well written.

I love this fic, and your others. Please, please, please don't give up on them.

P.S. Do you have any background in Latin? Not only because of your Turian vocabulary, but also some of your phrasings and grammatical constructions

It's okay that you missed the target by a day, it happens! We are all just glad to have more of an excellent story. Ugh... excellent, yet for the moment, scary! I sure hope that mother and baby make it through this situation. Luckily they have two of the finest medical minds in the galaxy in Chakwas and Solis. Hello there. First off I would like to say that this story is great and this is the third time I read it. Although I did lose touch it it for a bit and the last few chapters were new for me. I read the AN and wondered if you are continuing this story on here or AO3? If not, maybe one day this story will be completed and I look forward to being one of the ones who still read it.

Alright, this is going much nicer now. I still prefer Future Imperfect and Wrex's story over this, but I remain interested in seeing how things go. I didn't say it before, but a multi-racial military academy is a badass idea. I'm looking forward to seeing more of it.

Though I've got to add... all these turian/human relationships, omg! I could handle Kaiden and Sol, but /Jack and Nihlus/? You just reeeeally like your asslessnesses, huh? XD

Alright, lets see if I can put my dissatisfaction over this story into words. First, if the Future Imperfect Shepard is Sassy then what do we call this Shepard? I'll go with Baby since that seems to be her defining character trait. Both having, wanting, and acting like one.

The straw that pissed me off was when she completely ignored Garrus about the transmitter and indeed didn't even seem to take the hallucinations seriously. Just be stronger than them? It had already been proven that it was hostile action on Balak's part. You don't just sit there for weeks and let yourself get indoctrinated, you hunt down the bastard or else get the fuck out of dodge instead of martyring yourself.

I'm just getting very, very tired of Baby's propensity toward suicide despite collecting people who depend emotionally or physically on her well-being. There comes a point where you have to accept things are different and I'm half hoping that realization comes when Garrus has snapped and is choking her out or something.

Also, not looking forward to Lenka dying. Even if I'll be somewhat pleased to see this rather pathetic version of Shepard suffering.
