So I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I read it just now (as a bit of a newcomer to this ship) and wanted to leave a quick note about how much I enjoyed it. You've written some difficult stuff here, but no matter how hard things got, I never felt like stopping. Great depiction of Carol and Daryl's relationship and of their loyalty to their 'family'. Definitely one of the most emotional Caryl fics I've read so far. Thanks for sharing!

That was perfect. I can't imagine a more perfect timing. I love the recounting of their times together. I love the interaction of carol with both carl and glenn. It makes sense given the fact that they survived something horrific together. I am sad we didn't see Maggie's baby born though. Hopefully, we will in Fly.
