One thing- the word okay, or ok was not used until the mid 1850s so it's a fairly modern word that would not have been used in Middle Earth. Some plausible classical English substitutes for this very versatile word, depending on how it's used, would be 'very well,' 'of course,' 'as you wish,' 'fine,' 'yes,' or 'all right.'
