I really enjoyed chapter 1. I would say to take down chapter 2 and just put the note in the one shot, because it's slightly misleading in making you believe there is more when there's not. Just my opinion though.

So Rumple gripes about the fairies but still accepts the fairy dust (I would think it might burn him - like a cross hurts vampires). Sounds like Emma is having feelings about Hook that she is not comfortable with (jealous of Tink, hmmm). thx txm
