This was great! Now that the finale is over, I really hope you will do tags for the last few episodes, especially 5x20 and 5x21, there was dialogue in both these eps just crying out for your touch!

But... my .02 on the whole "platonic" moment and the "turtlenecks it is" banter is that he's totally goosing her. She is so conflicted and never wants to talk about feelings and he's making it all playful/casual. Opening the door, so to speak... The opening "I need you" scene in this last ep... she was totally playing him, and trying her best poker face. When he said "it's nice to needed" I totally got that he was playing her right back. It's all hilariously under the surface. I would say *anything* is possible at this point... well, maybe not as possible as what you envision here... lol.

Great writing as always pls keep it up. I feel your upset regards jane/lisbon arc & im also trying not let it break me down. Trying be the key word.

But my personal view is that if the season finale doesnt bring the outcome we hope & been waiting too for, which if we know bruno well enough by now we prob wont. You still can't tell me that jane doesnt have feelings towards lisbon. there has been too much in the past & its blantly not the case. Like someone said earlier he told her love you before shooting her, he keeps her at arms length as he wont risk her with rj. Hid the fact he slept with loreleivfrom her & loads of other things little things i wont go into now. i believe they would have paired her off by now if there was nothing but just partners/colleagues between them plus why do all of the above between them if so. Its pointless thing & just rubbish outcome imo.

Saying all that i am still preparing myself for some heartbreak in the finale, i have too for my own sanity. Im just covering all the outcomes & hoping its not as awful as im preparing for. Hey who knows they may surprise us nicely for once in this finale!?

Sorry for the rant but i needed to vent my views. Your stories always cheer me up .

A wonderful story, shattered and bkoken but still loved! I don't trustt their preview anymore, will only be happy when I'll see the episode! Luckly, we still have some good fanfictions to read while waiting for the finale. I really hope that we will be rewarded for our patience. Thank you for helping us wait! I thought last year's was harsh. The only way I'll survive the hiatus is by reading your wonderful stories!

I think you are taking the "platonic" comment way too literally. For one thing, Jane couldn't very well admit to everyone in the room and Lisbon that he wanted to bend her over a table right then and there LOL

For another, the other definition of Platonic means two parties "hiding or suppressing their feelings" and if that doesn't fit Jane and Lisbon I don't know what does.

And finally, Jane told Lisbon he loved during last seasons finale and LIED about it. If he had only meant a "friendly love" then why didn't he just say that? No he had something to hide...
