It's 2020, 6 years later since when this story ended and the last chapter was published, and add another year to it for when it was started. I am so, so glad this story is finished. It was an amazing ride from start to finish. It was a college au that still followed canon to an extent, that pulled at my heart strings like there was no tomorrow.

I SCREAMED "THIS JS SUPPOSED TO BE A COLLEGE AU!" when Yusei for stabbed, I CRIED at Yusei's devotion to Kiryu, and how much they truly loved each other. Seeing Kiryu broken at the end? That hurt me in the best of ways. One of my biggest issues with canon is that Kalin's recovery wasn't a slow and hard process, it just happened, but this feels...more real in a way? It's good.

And how you incorporated Aki! I loved her! I wish we for to see more of Sherry and Misty from her point of view, but it was a joy to read anyways! I always LOVED the idea of Aki and Kiryu interacting, something we never see, so thank you! My crops have been watered and my acne has cleared entirely. I doubt this review will be read, but I sincerely do hope you're still writing, since for 2014 this is already really good and I'm sure you've improved so much since then! Thank you for writing this fic and letting me enjoy it years later. :)

I feel so terrible for not reviewing until now. This is one of the best stories I have ever read! At the end of every chapter you left me wanting more and I always tried to figure out what happened next. (You are damn good at plot twists by the way) This story it just...gah...so many fucking feels man! You are awesome and I can't wait for your next stories!

I can't believe this story is over. It always inspires me to write some more. Oh my gosh I just love your writing so much. I'll be rereading this story all the time. I'd be very interested if you decided to write a sequel in the distant future.

Thank you for finishing this story. :) It was a lot of fun. I'll admit that I'm a little disappointed that Kiryu's powers don't seem to be explained (unless I missed a chunk somewhere, in which case I apologize!) - and gee it would have been satisfying to see Yusei have to do a little self-examination. But those are minor points. The sad thing is that I have one less story to look forward to!

Oh my gosh it's over. I'm gonna have to go back and re read from the beginning now. But honestly I loved this story. Your take on all the characters and as painful as it was the treason, kingcrab and justice. I look forward to seeing anything else you put out and reading your rp's on tumblr too! Loved it from beginning to end 3

Is it easier or more difficult for you to write Jack/Kazama now that they're together? (As a writer, I find this a fascinating question.)

Wonderful as always darling. Aki's memories coming back was a good part, especially when she brained Divine. Of course the Justice is great, Jack being pouty too. But Kiryu bby! Don't jump bby don't do it! I love this story and I love you. I can't wait to read the rest

I'm a little confused at some parts. Who read Kiryu's file to Kazama? You made it sound like Crow didn't have the file anymore but then it soumded like he read it to Kazama... and also I don't understand why the glass in Divine's office broke at end?
Otherwise very good chapter I am excited and scared for the next one!

I think this is actually my first time legitimately reviewing on this I'm such an awful person OTL but I really really liked the way you handled Divine and Aki in this chapter especially, even if it did end up backfiring on him. And Crow's really slippery, and I love how you illustrated that. He didn't miss a single beat in dealing with those guards! You kept that part really quick paced, and it fit it really well!

I can't wait for the next chapter! I'm really excited, especially since we're so close to the conclusion!

The Justice moment made me facepalm so hard, like, Jack, damn, you adorable idiot. Glad you're letting him love you, tho.

Omg the kids. I swear to hell, the sound I made when reading that part for the first time (and second and third and fourth-) wasn't human. It was just too cute, how they genuinely care about a STRANGER, a guy who they'll most likely never meet... or will they? owo

Generally, I really do like how they're teaming up to get shit done. I wouldn't want to have them against me, for sure *evil but not stupid, yo*
