I have spent the last two days reading most of your stories. I will read them all :) I just wanted to say I enjoy your writings. Not just the dirty stuff.. haha but all of it in general. I have read a lot of fanfiction of the years Lost, Bones, Rookie Blue, NewGirl and The Mentalist. I must say that yours has been my favorite. I hope you continue to write.. I so enjoy it. I want this (or some variation of it) to happen on the show so badly - Jane just can't take it anymore and turns to Lisbon for comfort. Is it too much to ask for, the man having a breakdown?! And I totally agree with you - it's time for them to touch. Like, seriously, here, Heller! It's like they're deliberately avoiding it now!

Enough of my rantings about that - this was so wonderfully done, full of deep, encompassing emotions written in that heart-breaking way that you've simply mastered! I always get so excited when I find a new story of yours! Looking forward to more soon!

I've come to think that the light episodes and dark episodes concerning their relationship have more to do with the authors of each episode than a specific plan for their relationship. I think that no matter what, their love is growing, and soon we will get some true Jisbon onscreen. Maybe even this season.

Lovely tag-sad, but full of wonderful love and emotion, as only you can write it. Enjoyed it immensely, as always.

It's more than "a little sad", it's very sad, but it feels right...because you makes Jane acknowledge that Lisbon can comfort him, can save him...

Actually, my favorite lines are :
"He just wanted to curl into her arms like a little boy and weep for everything he had lost, before he started to look into the new dawn that was presenting itself. In Teresa Lisbon."
AND "Save me," he whispered into her ear," shield me from the world, from myself, Lisbon, please."

So beautiful ! I don't mind Jane crying...it's not something we see a lot in the show but I feel like it could happen, not on a daily basis, but having Jane collapsing because all of this is too much to take...it seems plausible to me.
I like how you make him, the childhish consultant, cry like a child...

And I also totally love (and agree with) your author note, regarding Lisbon. I don't like it when people describe her as a doormat because she keeps on forgiving Jane...This is not the Lisbon I see in the show. The one you describe is, and that's why I love her so much, just like you do.

Teresa is a saint...supporting him after all these years is impossible unless ...love is involved. I like tne intensity of their relationship. I'm with you for the touching...These two need to reach out and unleash the passion! OK, will not happen this season but we can all dream or read good fanfics like yours!

So sad and SO GOOD. You haven't lost your touch in portraying emotional turmoil... and it's such a wrench to read when you just want the characters to be happy. But you did very well with this one; you balance acknowledging sadness and the right to be sad with refusing to wallow and taking happiness when it is offered. I appreciate that.

Oh, and the lovely intense sex. Yes. Definitely yes. :)
