One of the things that I like most about your story is how you are using minor characters instead of major ones. (Along with your OC, who is coming along quite nicely.) There are so many characters in Harry Potter, that many of the minor characters are overlooked. It's nice to see them getting some recognition.

I particularly enjoyed the line where Jack reflected that Harry was letting his guard down, right before he got tricked into using a Portkey...
