This is one AMAZING story and I've been waiting like foeva for NatsuHatoru fic so hope they end up together I mean come on there are a lot of HotaRuka fics but NatsuXHotaru you don't get that everywhere...

hello :) this story is truly unique and one of a kind. i am really interested on this story but one thing, i would like the pair as natsume and hotaru just as a change ;) (OMG DID I JUST HEAR THAT RIGHT?!) because i feel like, hotaru and ruka already has a lot of fanfic about the two of them ya know? so i wanted to read something different. oh well this is just my opinion tho. (LOL AND HERE I AM, ALREADY WITH TOO MANY IDEAS THAT I KNOW WILL NOT HAPPEN)

Hey! Your story is great! I do hope you continue this. I haven't read much stories involving Hotaru so I'm really excited. Please don't forget about this lowly follower of yours who will patiently wait for your next update boss. :))

The challenge in writing sci-fi stories is making your audience understand, accept, and see the possibility in the concept you've created. Some writers will tend to write long and complicated research paper-sque explanations, but I'm amazed that you managed it with simple language. I like how it's not readily open as you give it to us. It's still unfolding and I'm enjoying the development.
Can't wait how the plot pans out. Big fan of genetic engineering here.

The characters have all such interesting backgrounds. I want to know more. AND GOD. It's really brilliant how you managed to even the game among three pairings. I'm still torn between NH and RH, so I'll just leave it up to you.

So much potential. I swear Maria, finish this or I will [redacted] kill you.

I think I died a little when Ruka was being a little ass ( I know he is frustrated ) , but yeah, Natsume had a heart at that moment.

Anyway, I thought I'd drop by because: a) I promised I will review this properly, and b) I wanted to cheer you up. :)

You are probably tired of hearing it (or reading, whichever works) but you write beautifully. You write with a voice that is only yours, and it is genius in a way that I just know it is you. Your writing style ranges from a lot of things; there are moments in which it is too formal, and others when it is familiar, that we feel as though we are talking to the characters themselves. It is also nice that you know when to use them and when not to, because an author's writing style makes the readers feel more.

In this case, I believe it was a good decision that you wrote it this way. SciFi, after all, should come off as intelligent. Not pretentious, I believe, but intelligent. A story as complex as this cannot be written with the same voice as that of, say, Boy Versus Superman. That would have ruined the whole story in itself.

As a writer, we aim not only to impart out ideas, nor to tell the story. We aim to make the readers FEEL the story. And, I believe, you have brought us to this world. True, it was hard to understand at first, but I believe that understanding is an issue that lies in us. We cannot expect you to feed us with all the information needed; we have to make our imagination work, to allow you to draw us into the world you have created.

In my case, I believe you successfully did. :)

Although, if I may point out:
In the story, Ruka said (well, not really said; more like had an inner dialogue or something) this: "She was a Product; surely she had no emotions?"
In your response to ja9lim's review, you said that they have feelings because they are humans, after all-just genetically engineered.

I am wondering if that was intentional... if Ruka, in a way, misunderstood how Products work, which led to his prejudice against them. I could not help but be intrigued by that little detail, so I'm sorry. OTL

All in all, I am incredibly proud of you for coming up with something like this. You may or may not focus on the aspect of feminism, and you may or may not make this NxH. I wouldn't have a problem at all. The plot, combined with your skills as a writer, is more than enough.

And so I say, do not let their comments bring you down. You have us, and we will never fail to support you.

No natsuhotaru PLEASE. Out of all the pairings I hate that one the most.
