Reviews for Honoring the Dead
Sailorette chapter 4 . 3/30/2015
Love this! I love the addition of the biotic discharge he has when he gets emotional and especially when he touches Shepard. It adds magic to the relationship. I also love the added (partially eluded to) dynamic of Captain Anderson being like a father to her. Makes me think back to the ME3 final scene with him with even more emotion. Such a sad moment in the game.

There was so much adorable all over the place in the chapter. The non-fluffy fluffiness. This gave me serious happies.

Good chapter... I love reading fan fics that cover stuff between the games and missions and hint on a little of the game. Of course you can't leave those parts out. I like this because you really create character depth in Shepard and her relationships. Good job!
Jules Hawk chapter 3 . 3/21/2013
Oh dear, poor Kaidan, he's really in trouble. Loved it, love the way you described his dilemma. And that last word - you know the one I mean because it's not allowed in reviews (shit) - sums his problems up perfectly. ;p
Jules Hawk chapter 2 . 3/20/2013
Way to make a person cry!

This was so personal, intimate and gut wrenching in it's honesty. The thought that she did this alone was painful. The sound of Taps always brings a tear to the eye, especially for those of us who have lost friends and family in the military. Just picturing this scene is enough to make the heart pound.

On the other hand it's wonderful to see that those closest to her won't let her go through this alone this time. Love that Anderson can see what's building between Shepard and Alenko and that he understands that they both need it.

Damn it, I need more tissues. Well done.
