Epic idea. Needs a better summary.

The chapter dragged. When you make so many one-liners all of which start with me, myself and I, the thought that you're pointing out Sonic's narcissism is eclipsed by repetition. Some variety and/or connecting the less substantial one-liners would benefit the fic.

You're doing it in first person. Why would Sonic narrate his thoughts in parentheses? All of it is his thoughts. The things we read might as well be a lie because the POV is not objective.

If the next part features Tails' POV, consider yourself a genius. I don't expect answers or an elaborate explanation of it all, but I do see tremendous potential in character development. Different characters narrate differently. Would make lovely contrast. No pressure.
