This right here is what I love about fanfiction, not the creepy stuff, just added stories for us to enjoy, this is something I cold totally see as an episode and it is wonderfully written i hope you will write more Merlin fanfiction! It is fantastic! thankyou, it gave me all of the feels :D

I like how Mordred gained Merlin's trust, cause honestly it's unfair how Merlin treated him before he even killed Arthur, and that's part of what caused him to kill Arthur...

I always thought Merlin and Mordred should have been friends. Mordred wanted that, I thought; he looked up to Merlin to begin with. Of course, destiny got in the way. But it's always interesting to wonder what would have happened if Merlin had been more accepting of Mordred, befriending him instead of desperately trying to prevent the prophecy while attempting to remain the moral and good man we know him to be. Would things have turned out differently? Perhaps.

I liked that you explored that in this fic. Alator's appearance just topped of the awesomeness. He is/was one cool dude. The caring knights and h/c was brilliant, as was your writing. I loved it all. Thank you for an amazing story! :D
