for a minute there i didn't know if i was going to be able to finish reading this. as soon as derek gave him the first valentine i just felt so bad for stiles that i had to stop reading for a bit and convince myself to keep reading since after all, it is called hurt/comfort so i knew there would have to be something that would hopefully un-crush his hopes and dreams:)

That was great. I loved Stiles initial reaction, very dramatic but it created a sense of urgency to get him back home, back to the pack and back to Derek. I enjoyed reading the different pack members reaction to his return, very good to know that he was missed. It was good to see Derek and Stiles happy. I especially liked when Derek pulled Stiles into his lap and Stiles straddled him. I like him in that position.

What was with the sheriff's wife and the wolf basket? She was wise, like Grandmother Willow; did she know more then she was letting on? Or was it just a coincidence that she had a wolf basket? hmmm.
