Good job working in Slappy and Rita. It's also good that you conveyed the feelings related to the bond that the sibs have, espescially if one is in danger of some sort. I'm not that good at writing in such a style, so I'm glad someone did.

As for the comedy portion, good stuff.

This has the works of a great Dickens novel (with MUCH less of the setting details, which are sometimes nice but also sometimes annoying and overbearing, which is seen a lot. ;-)}...er, in Animaniacs. :-D Please continue!
