Okay, this was great and it made me cry, and it was amazing

Omg I cried soooo hard when Jack and Hiccup said their goodbyes oooooo but even more when they said their I love you’s... I really loved this story, very well written.

Because wherever Autumn is... Winter will follow. oooo god that got me real bad... I’m still crying of happiness... I was so depressed this last few days, but after reading this last two chapters: It left me feeling hopeful and loved. Thank you so much for this.

I am normally a shameless lurker here on , but I just needed to tell you that I have never fallen in love with a character as fast as I fell in love with your Cupid! The way you portray her is reminiscent of a very grim Toothiana. What better way to portray the spirit of love (and love lost) than to compare her to the spirit of memories? Tooth has her helpers, and so does Cupid. And the macabre imagery you tied to Cupid just pulls the illustration all together with a nice bow on top.

I love your style of writing so much it goes from being like poetic and fantasy like in one paragraph to being the complete opposite in the next and I love it. you use as many words as possible and make it sound so fancy and then sum it up in the next paragraph with just one sentence. and it works I love it I love your story. you are wonderful.

This is probably the sweetest and heart-wrenching stories I've ever read, and trust me I've read a lot. In short I loved it

This is a belated review that I thought I should have written the moment I read the first chapter.

If I have the capacity to properly explain, even with my limited range of English Vocabulary, I still wouldn't be able to capture the essence of your story in just a review. I would even write an essay for it, for your story has evoke such an emotion within me that I feel that a simple review (and favorites) would not be suffice.

I couldn't, for the life of me, explain how much I /love/ (Bold, italicized, underlined) this story. The simplicity of their relationship, the childish innocence of it fits so well with Jack and Hiccup, and I want to congratulate the fact that you captured both their most defining personality so perfectly. The way they interacted with each other felt so natural, like a gentle stream, or autumn breeze.

I love the fact that there's nothing cliche about it, no evil Pitch, no jealous third party, or something along the lines. And for that, I would like to thank you for the simplicity, as it enhance the most important aspect of their relationship building; how they slowly build their trust over time.

I love how you didn't drag out the story with sappy romance (like I did), and recurring conflicts. You did such a good job that I felt giddy just reading their interaction with one another.

As for Cupid's character. She was great. Her conflicting emotion is what drove me to like her straight away, how she had hidden her hope beneath the cruel mask of logic and years of disappointment. I don't know if she was an OC of yours or not (as I've never heard her name) but her character is so well written, and so /human/ that, for once in my life, I wanted to see more of her involvement.

I want to write more on how this is one of the best fanfiction I've ever read, but... I think you get my point.

Oh gosh, my theory was so wrong ansksjfjc and now the reality of what is actually happening is even more depressing, I'm curious yet scared would could possibly happen in the next 6 chapters! Poor both of them, but especially Jack, since he's been so so lonely :( Also I'm glad you portray Stoick like that, because he does care, but he's just fixated on how a son should be when Hiccup isn't that.

Ooh yes I love Porphyria's Lover, it's such a twisted poem! I had to read it this year for my AP Lit class and we had to analyze it for soo long so it makes me happy seeing others reference it! Ooh this chapter was perfectly long, and it was cool seeing the two of them grow closer together and also sad because Jack is an immortal and Hiccup kind of isn't... which has me thinking... maybe this is far fetched but if Hiccup sees him fully maybe he'll turn back into a teenager and that's why the other Guardians are soooo concerned and scared? Hmm I dunno just a theory, but very interesting!

Oh goshhhh this was so CUTE and I love love loveeee your writing style, it's so poetic and descriptive! It took a bit to get used to but now 9 chapters in I love it, and it adds a real magical and romantic touch to the story - which is perfect for the setting and plot!

"Having physically halted as well, the Guardian of Fun let out a shaky laugh that no one save the winds that carried him heard and eased himself towards comforting denial." - Yo okay so I love this sentence and how you personify the winds, it adds such a magical touch to the story, and really adds a fun and mysterious spirit that I feel really encapsulates Jack! Great job in your writing :D

Aw I'm reading the books the Guardians are based off of and I have so much more appreciation for all of them now, especially North! Okay anyways, Jack being all embarrassed was so cute and I just hope for his sake, Hiccup will be able to actually see him sooner rather than later!
