I like this a lot. Thorin was written well and, as always, Kili and Fili are relentlessly adorable. I like how Kili broke his word to save Fili from his own stubborn pride. Always so sweethearted.

Good, very good! I really enjoyed this. Obviously set during the quest, and though we haven't seen much between Thorin and the boys, this was a great little cameo, showing Thorin's stern attitude, and Fili's desire to make him proud.

I love watching Fili's clear thinking degrade as the wound gets worse, and his reaction when it was really bad, right before he was found out.

The way he clung to Thorin after he was pulled into his lap and held, oh what a picture! You did a great job of describing the pain he went through, and the comfort and warmth he got from his uncle. Love his surprise that it was 4 days too! :)

Aw, another awesome story (even though I guess you wrote this one first, I just read out of order :P) Silly Fili for hiding his wound until it got so bad *rolls eyes* but I can certainly understand why he would want to hide it from Thorin, and I love to see worried/protective! Kili as well. I hope you write some more Hobbit stories!

Good. A bit more practice, and you could be writing some seriously amazing angsty hobbit fanfics. Thumbs up! ;) I think one of your main mistakes was making Thorin a bit too cuddly and caring. He's more the stoic type. Did Fili's and Kili's relationship great, though!
