It would be wonderful to see this one finished. Maddening that Gwen didn’t just shout out that Arthur had returned and was searching for him! Hope you can find time and motivation to come back to this story some day. It’s really one of the best at showing Merlin’s ability to end a fight without having to pull out all the stops. His reputation was enough to scare the pants off people and that was awesome!

Okay. Okay. So. I am not one of those people who demands updates. Especially when the last update was three years ago. I know that writing doesn't work like that.
But.
I just went through the wonderful trauma that was those six chapters, and was left on an agonizing, heartbreaking moment. I'm still not demanding an update or anything, but if you could maybe find it in your heart to sum up super quickly for me just a couple of key points? For example, Merlin and Arthur's reunion? Why Arthur was needed if Merlin was going to be a BAMF and sort out that problem on his own (is it because he has clearly almost gone entirely crazy without Arthur?)?
Also, rereading this I realize that it sounds rather harsh and angry, and I want to assure you that it's not. It's just a little desperate. :)

Aw you make me want to cry! Update soon, I love how this story is set up like with BAMF Merlin and returned!Arthur. I can't wait for the next chapter!

Dude this story is awesome. Everything is perfect and I love it to bits. And I'm sure many people think the same.

A fic with BAMF!Merlin-Emrys and a huge amount of Merthur bromance is really hard to come by. So when there's one and yet it's not finished after such a long time, it's like a slap in the face. A punch in the gut.

B...But! No! The chapter can't be over! Dammit!
This story is too good, too wonderful! It's giving me the feels, man! Your portrayal of Emrys was top-notch, awesome, but... poor Merlin. Now I'm all sad...

This is a really good story.. why hasn't it been updated recently?

It makes me incredibly sad that this story, that has a huge amount of potential, isn't finished or being updated. I thank you for writing this, though. It's extremely beautiful. I hope one day you'll decide to continue this.
