So... this is my first comment here. Always loved FF , but life changes and I hadn’t been here for years. Then, with FFVIII returning... it’s like I went back to that time of my life. And I met your story. I started reading it two days ago. Last night, I went to bed and picked it up. I couldn’t put the pages down. I just wanted to read more, more and get to the end. I cried so much when he left. You wrote everything so beautifully... I felt like I was struggling for air. I was a fool for not checking if the story was complete... when I got to this chapter I felt... I don’t know. Incomplete ? I hope you are well, and happy. If you ever read these comments, I would like you to know how much this made me feel. Thank you so, so much.

Something reminded me of it recently and I had to come find it again. I hadn't read all the way through what was there then, but I made it to the end this time. It's a beautiful story. You are both such lovely writers. I've been following your works for a very long time. I'm not sure if you're active still, so I don't know that you'll see this, but I want to say thank you for sharing your work with us. I'm very grateful. My friends and I Have being in love with your stories for years. We've even adopted some of your extended lore into our own head canons. You've both kept me in love with this fandom.

It's been 10 years since this story has been published. I used to be a pimply teenager back then and I'm so in love with this. Now, I'm someone trying to live as a proper adult and I go back to this story and it still brings achingly beautiful feelings. You are still the best squinoa author for me and until now, I'm still hoping in my heart of hearts that you will finish this amazing story. *sniff*

I read this story a few years ago and I really loved it. I came back here for a reread and just wanted to say how much I appreciate your work. It's so nice to curl up with a good Ashbear Squinoa story! You're so important to the FF8 fanfic readers.

This story is a fantastic achievement. I was hooked from the first chapter and couldn't put it down. After finishing this I felt emotionally drained and desperate to find out what you had in store for the rest of the story. I understand you have had some problems in the real world and can fully understand that they take priority. I hope all is well with you both and that maybe one day, you tind the time to finish this wonderful story.

Just re-read this story again after so many years... It's still such a fantastic piece! It was my favorite Squall/Rinoa story when you were working on it years ago and I was desperately hoping that you would continue this story down the road. It's now been years and I'm guessing that is no longer happening. However, re-reading it again, I still love it so much that I'm just happy to have read such a good story, regardless of whether it is complete or not. I still have hope that you'll come back to this story some day and I hope I'll one day, I'll get a notification that this story has been updated. That would be an extremely wonderful gift. For now, I'll enjoy the story regardless and hope others are also given the opportunity to enjoy your story.
