Henry's instant and persistent crush on Daphne is weird and seems rather shallow. Honestly half the time it feels like he's faking the crush he has on her. Hermione's instant gravitation to Harry instead of Henry is interesting. And Lily and James' lack of basic parental concern for Harry's life and well being is disgusting. I don't understand how Harry developed such affection towards him when the emotions he felt for his version of them aren't there and he SEES how ridiculous they are to Harry and can safely assume they treat him worse when no one is around.

I feel like Sirius married a woman similar to his mother. Also I am now expecting the reasons for Harry's treatment by these adults to be beyond stupid and illogical.

Is the little girl playing him? Also I think I figured out what I misunderstood. Harry isn't taking over his counterpart's place to help his twin! I guess that means his other self is still the chosen one in the prophecy then. Also Sirius is being a punk bitch. He just found out that his redeemed little brother who went missing had a child. A child that had "found his way to them with injury" and he's being awfully insensitive and uncaring towards the child, his family, because his wife wants to retain control of HIS family's mass fortune and dislikes a child relative of his simply for existing. His marriage doesn't seem all that healthy.

I'm confused. Is the one he watched himself or his twin. If it is himself where is his twin that he is supposed to guide? How is he supposed to function in his role as an established person in this different world with only brief mostly out of context snippets of events happening seemingly out of order at his disposal? This...doesn't seem like a good plan.
