| Vanafindiel chapter 2 . 1/2/2015 My only issue is that sylven used Bilbo's line. The reason being that that bothers me is because nobody thinks exactly the same way. so I would think she'd say something completely different or not so different but around the same theme. She's a servant girl, maybe not a cook, but its not impossible for her to know how to cook (maybe not well but idk yet). Like different meals, there's different cooking preps. The first thing that amusingly (at least to me) came to mind is to have them rubbed them down with sage (and butter or lard or whathaveyou) and marinate them in their own juices over the day. They could take the bait and rub those poor dwarves with a lot of sage. (Oh the indignity! Just like the trolls wanted.) Or dismiss it in favor of Bilbo's suggestion. I just don't believe the character needs to steal Bilbo's line. Sorry. :/ |

Then I got depressed when kili, Fili, and Thor in died so I started reading fan fiction. Yours is truly amazing and I am in love with it but please please please don't make "the greatest tragedy she has ever known" be Kili's death. Again great story and I hope to read more soon :) |
