This was adorable. I'm very picky when it comes to fics about my fave pairings and I'll tell ya, this one's a winner. Fluffy, in character, and even has potential for more. I imagine cops and robbers by day and lovers by night 3

Aww. Carm and Sly are so adorable. It's a nice "what if" story. I really can't wait to see what happens to them in Sly 5. (Especially with how the fourth one ended.) You have just gained a fave with this story!

I get genuine pleasure from seeing the simple stuff done well, as it definitely is here. No tricks, no gimmicks, no attempts to be overly clever, just clean, engaging character stuff with a great couple at its core.

It also doesn't hurt that you've sparked a tantalising 'what if?': what if Sly & Carmelita were actually working together, maybe even engaged in a clandestine relationship? Feels like a concept with potential to me...
