Guest chapter 13 . 3/2 This was awesome! I love Leia-orientated stories, and really enjoyed having one from mostly Veers perspective. Thank you for sharing - it was both hilarious and heart-warming/-breaking. |
Feanariel chapter 13 . 1/30 I really like your Veers and the story of his unlikely friendship with Leia and Bail. The outtakes were particularly enjoyable, although it seems that the last one remained unfinished? |
lord Martiya chapter 13 . 8/14/2019 This could be an interesting AU. |
lord Martiya chapter 12 . 8/14/2019 This... This was unexpected. Vader realizing the situation, I mean, the adoption wasn't. |
lord Martiya chapter 8 . 8/14/2019 How are people executed in the Empire, exactly? Because I believe Kilesa's latest stunt carries the death sentence within the Empire... |
lord Martiya chapter 6 . 8/14/2019 Three nitpicks: 1)Nubians hail from the Core World of Nubia, and, as expected of a planet originally colonized by Corellians, have a thriving starship-related industry. That's why the Naboo (yes, it works as the name for the Human inhabitants of the planet) used Nubian parts, and in at least one case a licensed Nubian design, for their government ships: they were good enough for planetary governments, and conformed to a number of Naboo cultural preferences. 2)While likely an old tradition, putting young ladies as heads of government came into preminence on Naboo with Amidala: she succeeded king Ars Veruna, who got the two mandates limit introduced by being immensely corrupt and directly responsible for the dispute with the Trade Federation that got the planet blockaded shortly after his abdication (and also unlucky enough to antagonize Darth Plagueis. One day, former king Veruna was found dead but otherwise perfectly healthy, pushing captain Panaka to hurriedly introduce the lookalike handmaiden bodyguards as a defense), and by being as good as she was and coming after a king so bad she made an enormous impression. 3)Naboo had actually been a peaceful planet, aside for Veruna's brief rearmament period (he had the torpedo-capable N-1 developed to take on the Trade Federation, not knowning the Trade Federation was about to get the authorization to arm all their ships), with warriors kings and queens being relegated to the distant past of the wars against the Gungan. Then again, considering the Naboo security forces equip their patrol speeders with anti-tank weapons that wouldn't have been out of place on a Clone Wars battlefield just because, you may have a point on that. |
lord Martiya chapter 3 . 8/14/2019 It's always a nice sight to have a story where the Imperial Army isn't just enforcing Sidious' will. Maybe Veers had a bit of a heavy hand at the start... But then again, half the Imperial officers would have wiped out what remained of the capital for that stone, and I doubt the Empire trains its officers to deal with these situations peacefully. |
lord Martiya chapter 1 . 8/14/2019 Now I have to wonder: what kind of scum was this Kilesa, to try and shoot a girl in the back? |
Supermoi chapter 12 . 10/21/2018 OMG AWW That was the cutest chapter :D |
Prince Pondincherry chapter 3 . 12/22/2017 I love the combination of Veers and his ruthless methods working together with Leia's morals. |
battybiologist chapter 13 . 9/16/2017 Thanks for this, loved the character of Veers. |
fireball900 chapter 6 . 8/26/2017 Rereading this now :) Love the comparisons between Leia and Vader and Padme. She really is her parents' child. |
nekochan1994 chapter 12 . 7/22/2017 This was a very bittersweet chapter |
nekochan1994 chapter 11 . 7/22/2017 T~T |
nekochan1994 chapter 9 . 7/22/2017 Who was she crying to? Or was it Luke? |
