This was beautiful. Your first slash fic you say? You write as if it is an old practice. I loved the way you described both Merlin's and Arthur's time waiting. And that you gave a small nod to Freya, but stressed that Arthur was the one Merlin really wanted. I loved Sam as well. And, of course, the Merthur. Always the Merthur.
Possibly the best post-5x13 Merlin and Arthur fic I've read. Well done:)
