In my mind, when This Lisbon finally gets together with this Jane, their lovemaking starts with a ritual cleansing, washing away the remembrance of Loralei on him and Red John on her. They each did what had to be done, and now they can be consecrated to each other.

This is the best thing I have ever read from you. It is brilliant in the peril that Red John creates for himself and for Lisbon and for Jane. I do not love the idea of Lisbon falling into bed with Red John, and I do not look for these fics. But I will read them from authors I trust. This is the best of the small handful I have read.
