I really like the idea of the lake freezing in the summer

Hey! I love this so much! Poor kids though! Jack just couldn't resist having fun or scaring them, which ever one you want to call it! You should of done that jack made them believe in him told them the real story and then they helped him have more "fun"/scaring more of hem and then telling them and so on.

Chinese whispers. We played that game a lot when I was a kid. It still makes me laugh seeing how much a simple sentence can change. If thats possible, you have to wonder how much of a legend or urban myth is actually true.

Wow, I would really get angry at the kids (if I were Jack) for telling over-exaggerated stories. But then I'll do what Jack did, making sure no one would fall into the lake. Anyway, nice job! Do you plan on continuing this?
