I really like how you made Tseng's estranged older brother, very interesting take on the subject. I also thought it interesting how you explained Nibelheim was actually Shinra signed off on Hogo using Cloud for experimentation. That was just creepy and sickening, that a father, no matter how aweful he was, would allow one of, or all of, his children for that purpose.

Now at the end of this chapter, one question... Did they, or didn't they? Looking forward for the next chapter.

I can almost feel the awkwardness that Zack and Seph (mostly Seph) could possibly feel about young cadet Cloud now surpassing both of them in skill and possibly strengh. Now that Seph is no longer the General and Cloud is, I can't wait to find out how it plays out later.

I love the way you write. I haven't read the other edition, I hope that I'm not going to miss something.

The only question that I had was Cloud's seeming lack of emotion at breaking Aerith, Zack and Seph out of the crystals. That is a lot to take in and if it were me, I would be damn near a basket case. I suppose that Cloud's history of ups and downs (mostly downs) could account for it.

I am looking forward to reading more and I will get right on it! Great first chapter!

I really like this story! I started of with the original Full Circle one and switched at the 17th chapter, when you mentioned having written a different slash version, so I don't know how it's going to end yet, but I can't wait for more. The way you integrated all the different characters and found believable backstories and ways to insert them is very well done!
