Interesting way to start it I like it

I love this story. It's nice to read a story showing how naturally Florence and Freddie would gravitate toward one another, especially since all we really see in the show is their relationship going down in ugly, ugly flames. I do hope you continue this story (I know it's been a while!); you write Florence so well, and I really want to read more! I like the way you are showing her slowly coming into her own as she rediscovers her love and talent for chess.
