Aw, that was so sweet. The last parts are very powerful, and while they're short they clearly hold a lot of meaning. Nice job, my favorite is the last line of the second last para and the last para in general. Amazing, and a Happy Halloween (four days ago) to you!

It's a great idea and the little drabble-like sections are vivid and totally made me tear up. There are a couple events that you missed, though. What about Hogwarts letters? Graduation? Joining the Order? Harry being born? It just sort of seems like nothing else happened in their lives- that they got to Hogwarts, fell in love, and died. If you get the inspiration to write more in, I would love to read it!
