I love this chapter. I think it's my favourite. I've read this whole story many times. By the way, Arthur isn't nobility. He's royalty. That's different from nobility.

This was a lovely story and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I think it's fairly obvious Gwen is your fave and I usually skip past stories that favor her so heavily, but I found with this one I could skip over the sections that were pure Gwen worship, and the sex scenes that I didn't give a fig about, and it didn't detract from the story at all. That's a rarity in Gwen centric fics.

Just read the whole thing over 2 days, a truly wonderful story, like having the series back again (only with some great episodes that aired after 10pm), please, please, do write more!

and i kind of like arthur taking the news of merlin's secret in stride. skip the chapters'-worth of angst over that for once. :) like, he has more important things to worry about, and merlin's magic means a greater chance of success saving gwen. and he's already in the mindset of being done with the oppression of camelot...
and yes, i agree that gwen does understand merlin better - and that she's smarter than arthur! ;)
i've said before and i'll say again, you do this threesome awesomely, the intricacies of each with both others, without losing anyone - if you know what i mean by that... i love merlin knowing what arthur wants/needs without him having to say, and very capably filling those needs... and being perfectly comfortable with arthur&gwen's 'alone time', even while his presence in otherwise awkward circumstances is perfectly natural for all of them also (arthur's proposal scene, for instance, the goodnight).

i think this is my favorite out of all your stories.

Once again I wanted to review even though this is an older story. This story was awesome :) You always convey the love Arthur and Gwen have for each other and when you add children to mix makes it even better. I know you are doing a crossover but I hope you continue to Focus on Arthur and Gwen in your future stories or you could always revisit, let's your story Crackers :) how did they meet or what happened after they got married. I'm sure I speak for others when I say this, you are sorely missed on the Merlin fanfiction site.

(I have an e-reader, and the AO3 allows downloads in e-reader compatible formats, which ffnet lacks, and I'm greedy and trying to fill my e-reader up with awesome, hence the query). I managed to find this story last night between watching 3x10 and 3x11/12 (netflix, watching in marathon). I love the similarities in your story, liked your version better, except the missing round table. (well i'm pretty sure that's the only thing missing i'm reviewing mid-episode) ... Fantastic story!
