This is...incredibly basic, but I liked it anyway. You've obviously got dialogue and characterization down to a T, so I would only suggest that you add some description to tie it all together. And to be perfectly honest, I kinda wish you hadn't changed Yui's name (at least, I'm guessing you did because of the whole reincarnation thing). Either way, short ad sweet, literally. ;D
