Read! Have to say, I'm proud of myself how quickly I've managed to read the whole story - it took me only six days! But I shouldn't be surprised considering I couldn't stop reading once I started. Because this story was simply ingenious. I loved every bit of it, every single bit. Definitely the best story of all of yours I had a pleasure to read as far.
I've written some notes while reading to convey them to you now :) Mostly things I loved the most (yup, I know, really grammatical sentence...). The scene Groves vs. stairs was a masterpiece. I totally adored Jack's and Anamaria's reactions. Sparrow's comments were as always amusing and brilliant.
I was a little bit surprised by the adjective "intelligent" when it came to Will - we have to possess different opinions about his state of mind ;)
Chapter 20 - brilliant. I just couldn't take my eyes off the text for even a second! Of course my main focus was on the state of Groves and Anamaria ;)
Chapter 24 (I think so) - amazing cooperation between Jack & James. And now the count of saving lives has extended to three! With still 0 on James side, considering he only wanted to save Sparrow's life, without exactly doing it... Hope the score will look a little better soon and Norrington will pay his debt to Jack even a little bit ;)
Chapter 28 - plotless? Oh, my Dear, that was so not-plotless, having my favourite plot of all in it! I so wish you could give Anamaria & Groves the happy ending they deserve... And I would die from happiness if you ever let her address him by his first name, that's for sure. I haven't been so involved in a couple purely from ff (that I would never even think about before) since... two years, I guess. Or in a fanfic in general.
Ruby & James - I like this relationship as well, though definitely not as much as the aforementioned one. The ending was thrilling and left me craving for more, so I guess I'll start the next part asap, meaning today. Your action scenes are really good, you know? Not that the others are not good, because they are, that was just one of the observations ;)
For the end I just wanted to thank you for your writing - it definitely helped me survive the last few weeks, stress with exams and all of such stuff. Thank you for that!

AHHh how did I miss this chapter!? I must have been so out of it to miss it. I LOVE THIS STORY TO BITS AND I WASN'T THERE WHEN IT ENDED I FEEL SO TERRIBLE.

Grrr That was a quick retaliation. Beckett sure held a grudge to send Mercer. I think his good skin-saving senses failed him at a time when he should have accepted losses, but who knows and I'd love to see what happens in the sequel.

Kind of an action final chapter. This was a wonderfully interesting story. It's kind of like the world. It started with fire and ended with fire.

It was a good loose ends sort of chapter.
