I really enjoyed this particular version. I know that it's not quite how it's going to happen (of course that's an assumption) but I really like the twist that you threw in there. I have been reading a lot of the post-9.01 fics, we all know there are a lot of them, and they are all pretty much a variation of the exact same story-line. Picking up at a different time with some catalyst to change that is creepily similar to a dozen other fics. I don't think that any of them are bad, I just find myself preferring your outlook on it. :) Great job and very original!

I liked this story it's hopeful...but there is one thing that always bothers me with some writers and it's when they describe Arizona as the older woman, or Callie as the younger one. It implies there is some great age gap with them, but in the show they talk about how Arizona is young for her position, and Callie took time off to go to Botswana...So, they are probably pretty close in age..that's the only thing that bugged me. I liked how dejected Callie was and then Arizona has this epiphany of sorts and realizes oh I'm still alive...

I can only hope their storyline goes this way as well! It was difficult seeing AZ be such a bitch to Callie who was clearly suffering! Hoping AZ doesn't become the one to dislike! Great story!
