I'm just loving this little au you've made. I also really like the dynamic you've created with Danny's new friends and his old friends. I hope you explore Tucker's role in this, considering you wrote how Maddie and Tuck seemed remorseful. I am just excited to see what you do with the dynamics of everyone- it's really good so far!

If I may offer some advice? Keeping an announcement chapter after posting a new story-centric one is really jarring for the reader, especially a new one running throu all the chapters at once. It breaks the immersion, and can make it seem like the story and/or author is sloppy. There's nothing wrong with doing chapters like that to communicate to your readers, its just a good idea to remove them when its done its job so the story continues as normal, free of uncomfortable potholes.
