That's actually really disturbing and Nightmare inducing I'm probably never going to read this one again this is actually really terrifying! Like this is some mixed up stuff that Stephen King and Cold Case Files would do together really really terrifying!

I've been skimming through the Knight Rider stories and this one is among the better ones I've seen. Your description of Michael's captivity and KITT's angst over having to go against his prime directive are heartbreaking. I'm glad it all worked out in the end, and even Michael has something to learn about trust.

I think this is a very solid story.

I respect authors who tackle "subtle" dangers like torture scenes, because the art of setting a mood is much different from gun scenes.

The pacing was very well done... that's critical to a tale like this. it physically takes long enough to read ( backed by supporting details)so the rader experiences the long sense of impending doom. (Many starting writers tend to finish the thread too fast.)

I like the medically related twist of the anticoagulants. I don't recall seeing that twist before. So instead of simply bludgeoning the victim, Dawson uses the different method of blood loss weakness as his path. It looks like you did some homework behind the scenes, which almost always leads to good results.

And I like the twist where Michael realizes Dawson made a mistake( by revealing he didn't know what KITT was), and that gives Michael the hope.

When you have time, take a quick look at the spelling and spacing. For me it came out with 4 line breaks per sentence near the end, and there were some minor spelling errors. But I think it stands well as a story.

A wonderful story that read just like an episode! How I felt for poor Michael and Kitt. Very well written. I hope you post more like this one. This so brings me back to the old days and the show I loved so much! You kept every character true to canon. I loved it! :)
