Sweet little story. I'm a sucker for brotherly fluff between these two. Although I cannot help but think that everything worked out too easily to be realistic, it was satisfying to read.

I think you like having Odin be mean, and then we discover it was a ruse. :)

Do _not_ get Loki/Thor fluff out of your system! I love it (especially when it isn't slash), and there's tons out there, but hardly any is actually good. Don't. Stop. Writing. These. One-shots.

I loved this! I love both Thor and The Avengers and Loki is one of my favorite characters! You captured Loki's pent up anger and frustration really well, and the scene where he was yelling how everyone abandoned him made me tear up a little bit. I loved his interaction with Thor. You kept both of them in character while adding depth to Loki, and I liked how Odin wasn't harsh with him, even after everything that's happened.

Overall, great job! This is going in my favorites!

God... So much Loki. Have spent all afternoon on YouTube, Loki vids plus Loki fanfic is like mixing beer with wine.

Anyway, so brilliant. The Loki and Thor relationship looks so complex, but underneath it's so simple - they're brothers, and they're never going to stop being brothers. This fic really brings that to the surface.

This story is quite delighting, refreshes me a little bit after reading other fanficts about those coldblooded and unforgiving Odins and his punishments (...sewing Loki's mouth up? What?).

This is the cutest story ever! These are the types of stories that i like. NO slash, Thor-Loki brotherly love, family love, and just plain adorable!

I love happy endings.

That seemed maybe a little too easy but - well, I don't care. After reading a harrowing fic where the author went the whole mythical punishment route, it's refreshing to read a story where Loki's family actually *behaves* like Loki's family. No horrendous torture, or sewing his lips up, or centuries of imprisonment in isolation for their prodigal son. But reaching out to him, making him *believe* as he couldn't before (since he found out he was a jotun) that they love him; that they *are* his family.

So, satisfying all around!

This is a really sweet story. I love stories like this. Even though I don't mind slash, brotherly love is absolutely my ultimate favorite. I got my fill with this story.
