This was truly amazing. I wasn't going to review because- to be honest- I almost never review, but then your AN made that ridiculous comment about how it was cuter in your head. I consider the comment ridiculous because if it had been any cuter, your head would have exploded before you began typing. This. Was. Absolutely. Perfect. I really liked your characterization of both Sweden and Finland, as well as your use of country and not character names. Sweden's considerations of Finland were very sweet, but it was also easy to follow how Finland might interpret some of his actions. I'm only a partial believer in the idea that "Sweden is nice he just doesn't know any better", but this was definitely as realistic as it gets. Or, as realistic as any geopolitical allegory featuring two gay countries is going to get. Hmmm, perhaps believable is the word I'm looking for. Regardless, I loved this and I loved the plot idea as well. I also write stories about the blind because...this. This is what I aspire to. I was also oddly touched by Sweden's accent. I've never seen it accomplished quite so well before. usually it's done in an irritating fashion, but this one fit him to a tee. Anyways, I've done my duty and reviewed. My favorite bit was the sweaty hands thing, and Finland's obviously terrified reactions. Yay for non-fetishist interpretations of the fear/love relationship they have! I have an account on FF, I just didn't feel like logging in. I might take a look at more of your stuff later. If I do, I'll review.

This is so darn cute! I love how Finny freaks out over Sweden's 'expressions' and then when Sweden explains them, he just goes 'Oh, okay!'. I find this pairing beyond adorable, and this story is very well written. You deserve a pat on the back, my friend!
