Love the emotion that you packed in as well, especially with Corso, and with Vacy's reflections at the end. Wonderful work fleshing out this scene. :D

The more I read this, the more I like Vacy's complex personality. And I really like how Vacy and Corso have worked together long enough to know each other's physical tells. 'Course, you know I just plain adore every flawless piece you write, CK!
