I LOVE hearing Wizard's thoughts. They're hilarious. I also like your mention that he may not speak only modern languages. I have a headcanon that part of why he speaks the way he does is because between his longevity and seclusion, he has to think a bit sometimes to figure out the modern way of saying what he wants.

That's exactly what we're wishing for. "Please don't make me water all of my crops with THAT can!"
Also, you asked us to point out grammatical errors? "Waste" and hour, down at the end of the second-to-last paragraph. I mean, it's been a while since you finished the story, so you might not bother fixing it. (I know I notice errors in mine and don't bother sometimes...)
Also, in the other chapter, when Maya greets him, there should be a comma before his name. "Okey Dokey, Mister Wizard!"
Little things, but I figured I point them out...seeing as you asked.
You're by far one of the better writers for the HM AP 'verse I've read. Your vocabulary is good, and the writing doesn't feel as childish as many of them do. (Does that even make sense?)
Anyway, I'll probably end up scanning your profile to see if any of your other stories catch my eye as well. :D

I think I read this story forever ago, but I'm re-reading it. :D I like how you manage to expand further on Wizard's personality without making him OOC. So many people change him WAY too much!

I really think this story. I like how you chose to end it with Gale living on even after his wife dies; very few stories end that way. Thanks for writing this!

Hey it's Aerois but I'm on my phone and too lazy to log in. :P I can't believe he's going to propose, I'm so excited! And I loved the part about Wizard putting a book out. I think it suits him well to have goals like that in the magical world.
