Was a lovely bit of writing you had there and it really painted a scene. I enjoy your writing very much. Just a quick question though. What timeline are you working with here? Are we back in Tom's Hogwarts' days, Harry's, or just one of your own creation? Because Dippet was Headmaster back in Tom's days and not Dumbledore like your chapter stated. It just got me curious as to when the story is happening.

As I learned concerning reviewers, they are very picky about when they review, and that time generally comes when the first part of the plot comes along and when the pairing starts interacting with each other. So just wait a few and they will start. No worries though, you have a good story here, they are just waiting to see where you will go with it.
