The definition of H.O.T.

Very interesting, it has a deffinant "Interview with a vampire" feel to it but its different from that also. I havn't read the rest of the Possession seires but i will now.I think people take vampires to lightly,twist them into sparkling dimwits for romance novels or monsters so inhumane its hard to tell where the myth came from. In reality the vampire myth has been around for as long as you care to look,in cultures that were seperated somehow similar tells are told. It only fuels the fascination humans have with the legend. Immortal beings have limitless time for knowledge and gaining power and the sensual hunger is intrigueing with enough danger to keep our interest. Theres something so tragic and beautiful about vampire myths and in some way this story reminded me of it. I thank you for uploading this i quite enjoyed it.

Yes yes and yes. This interlude was just what was needed to get inside the head of Sherlock. He subconsciously was looking for John Watson substitutes early in their relationship. They're both in deep with no way of getting out!
