I am quite enjoying this. Thankfully I never had this experience with my own parents, but I have some rowdy neighbors and this reminds me of some of the nights I have passed. Very nicely done.

Ahh I loved it, you could just feel the awkwardness ;) I feel kinda sorry for Elsie that Charles wouldn't make love to her since he heard Anna and Bates :L I like how he was implying he thought of Anna as a daughter as well, nawh it was full of cuteness too :D loved it.
