Guest chapter 1 . 6/23 Judy and Quinn make me so SOFT ugh |
clj7 chapter 1 . 4/23/2018 Cool |
tohs chapter 1 . 7/1/2015 Damn you for making me cry. I was doing fine until: Quinn continues. "I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm—I want to get help, Mom." That literally choked me up. Because I can picture that scene in my head and it's so heartbreaking. My heart was hurting for Lucy and then Quinn... gawd, I need a moment. OK... amazing writing as usual. POVs from the mothers was such a treat. I'm still angry at Judy but I'll get over it because Quinn is happy and that's all that matters. Thank you, thank you, thank you. |
Tweyelite chapter 1 . 9/23/2014 Interesting POV |
bobina chapter 1 . 9/8/2014 Jesus, this is beautiful. I love seeing Santana and Quinn from their mothers' eyes. It makes me think of what my own mother thought of me when I was a child, a teenager, struggling to figure out my place in the world. The way you write Judy makes her a surprising addition to my favorite characters, because she tries so hard to be enough for herself and for her daughters (and I do include Rachel and Santana and Brittany there, in a way), because for so long she wasn't. You have a beautiful way with words that works so damn well in snapshots like these. I've been devouring your stories for the better part of two days, which is kind of a problem considering the amount of reading I have to do for grad school, and I've tried so hard not to ship Faberry but you make that nearly impossible because you get them so well. |
poopoopops chapter 1 . 8/17/2014 Wow. This is wonderfully and beautifully heartwarming/breaking. My absolute favourite quote of all - "Judy gets a call from David and her world stops. It's as simple as that, because parents do not outlive their children, even if they do." |
Emilie chapter 1 . 3/15/2014 "Judy gets a call from David and her world stops. It's as simple as that, because parents do not outlive their children, even if they do." ... I have no words. |
avian chapter 1 . 5/9/2013 Beautiful. It brought tears to my eyes. |
WonderousPlaceForAnEcho chapter 1 . 2/5/2013 I love the references. Smart and often fitting. I would love to hear Quinn sing Breathe Me. Interesting-Sherman Alexie was in this town for a lecture series through the library..oddly connected to 2 of my jobs. I liked the progression of this. It was sweet seeing from Santana's mom's view and though I doubt I'll ever like Judy you did a nice job humanizing her. |
Blairchen chapter 1 . 9/15/2012 I'm normally not someone who gives feedback easily...but this story just made me so sad and on the other side it was so well written that I just needed to say something. Maybe just because it remembered me on something that happened to a friend of mine a few years back. Well done...you did a great job with that story, even if it made me cry...and I mean...really. |
TheFabDonna chapter 1 . 9/15/2012 This is one of the most beautiful things I have ever read |
electrictwizist chapter 1 . 7/26/2012 I love when you write in different point of views. Now you just have to write in Brittany's! Because having you writing something in Brittany's about Faberry and Brittana would be epic. |
thea chapter 1 . 7/25/2012 I've read all of your Quinn/Rachel stories and I just wanted to tell you that you are one of my favourite authors on here. You have a truly beautiful way of writing, and at times I find myself very moved and touched by your take on Quinn's story, I can tell you're an English student! I really hope you continue to write for this pairing because I've loved everything you've done so far. |
Guest chapter 1 . 7/22/2012 Well, that one of the most beautiful thing I read in a long time. You actually managed to make me forgive your Judy and that happened only a couple of time before. So yeah this is a good story. M. |
thecivilunrest chapter 1 . 7/4/2012 Oh my God this is absolutely perfect, I just can't. I love seeing the parent's reactions to things, and your take on this idea is absolutely spectacular. I started crying at the end of Quinn's, which is strange for me but I couldn't help it. This story is so emotive, so powerful, so perfect. I honestly don't know what else to say except that every word of this is great. |
