wisteriabones chapter 1 . 12/28/2012 because you always make me cry |
deerlypadfoot chapter 1 . 6/1/2012 I could not stop reading this, and I was a bit sad when it ended. Your writing just lulls me in, almost like I'm falling asleep listening to a slow song. This was a bit ambiguous (as per usual), but again, I never mind it. I think that's what makes your writing so powerful, your capability of hiding the downright facts and supplying the reader with the emotions instead, leaving them to fill in all the gaps themselves. I don't really want to make an attempt at the meaning, though I do have one, but I'm pretty certain it's wrong, so I'll just leave it as a nice and happy thought in my mind. (Well, it's not really nice and happy, but that's not the point.) I love the little 'magical technology' references; the fact that wizards would eventually pick up on Muggle technology is certainly an interesting one. And I love how the whole story has this gentle, sorrowful pace, and then at the end, there's a little spark. When they cry together. Especially the imagery of his hair tickling her bare shoulder; I could feel it almost, and it just made me want to hug this poor imaginary boy that's not...really there. Heh. You have definitely not failed to impress me with this :) |
Inkfire chapter 1 . 5/19/2012 This was really beautiful… I loved the way you portrayed Rose and James… Your writing was beautiful and haunting as ever. Brilliant work! |
goooooooooooooooooooooooone chapter 1 . 5/18/2012 A bit confusing, but with such beautiful words that I couldn't stop reading. You writing has me really intrigued. I think you could have tried harder to make it less confusing for readers, but I love the way you write nevertheless. :) |
