You had me until the ending of this chapter. While it is nicely written, I don't believe for even a second that Katniss would allow that to happen, considering she wants to bring Snow and the Capitol down. Her denying him the rights of selling her would be just the perfect rebellion, and even if Peeta was to die, at least it would be for a good cause, as she stated in the interview.

I think you should know that your story resembles Embracing-Immensity's 'Saving the Boy.' Her story was posted first and the events that happen are almost identical - I'm not saying you've copied, but since her's was posted first, unfortunately that's what I'm assuming. Especially since the chapter title 'The Boy With the Bombshell' is used in both of your stories and, in that chapter, you also say 'Because I don't think I'm supposed to be in love with my mentor.' I'm sorry if you didn't copy, but your story's are just too alike.
